Round 1 of the New Zealand Jetsprint Championship is brought to you by Gray Bro’s Concreting.
Love speed, the smell of methanol and the vibration of V8s then you won’t want to miss the action of the V8 Jetsprints … where high-speed adrenaline junkies make split-second decisions and hesitation could mean elevation (to an island or suspension in a fence that is!). Bring your family, bring a blanket and a picnic and be entertained by one of the fastest machines on the planet reaching speeds of 140km in under 2 seconds.
Watch as they navigate their way around the tight channels on the Kiwispan Jetsprint track which is about the size of a rugby field, all of the teams pushing hard for the ultimate glory of winning.
Food caravans will be an onsite, family-friendly event. Please no pets.

Track Information
The Kiwispan Jet Sprint Track was founded in 2006, is set in the middle of the Tauherenikau Race Course 30 minutes south of Masterton. A lot of work has been done to come back better than ever. The elevated viewing around three of the four sides creating a great amphitheatre for families and fans. Known as a drivers track the teams are challenged with high speed through narrow channels.
